PLOS ONE:手机光亮影响机体新陈代谢

伊利诺斯州西北大学的Kathryn Reid博士指出,该研究为强光照射影响机体新陈代谢提供了进一步的强有力证据。该研究并不是针对智能手机发散的光进行研究,而是蓝光。蓝光是目前已知对我们生物钟和日常生活影响最大的光,这种光恰好由我们的电话和电脑屏幕发出。
蓝光对我们的新陈代谢有何影响?数年前研究人员发现,中午之前接受蓝光照射较多的民众相比午后接受蓝光照射的民众体重较轻。
在白鼠身上进行的相关研究表明,当动物接受恒定光照而不是自然光昼夜规律时,它们的血糖调节功能障碍,体重增加。研究人员招募了19位健康志愿者接受为期4天的研究,他们食用相同的食物,实验前两天,他们处于昏暗的灯光下。第三天,他们被随机分成2组,一组参与者于午餐前暴露于明亮的蓝光照射下3小时,另一组在晚上暴露于蓝光下3小时。
研究人员发现,亮光会增加机体的胰岛素抵抗,这意味着参与者在强光照射下血糖调节能力降低。尤其是晚上照射强光易导致机体血糖出现高峰,增加机体患糖尿病的风险。但研究人员表示仍需更进一步的探究。
研究人员尚不清楚其中机制,但是该研究可以表明夜晚增加手机亮度会影响机体新陈代谢,
