近日,神经病学领域权威取杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在评估肥胖/超重有无胰岛素抵抗(IR)个人对轻度高碳酸血症脑血管反应性(CVR)的差异,并与精瘦个体进行比较。
研究人员采用高空间分辨率的动脉自旋标记MRI技术在静息状态下和轻度高碳酸血症状态下对60例正常认知者(20例精瘦对照者和24例肥胖/超重且有IR的患者以及16例无IR者)进行了评估。研究人员分析了大脑皮层CVR的组差异,并确定了CVR、IR和体重指数(BMI)之间的相关性。
有无IR的肥胖/超重参与者相比于精瘦参与者,对高碳酸血症的CRV显著较低,在控制了年龄、性别和高血压(f2,53=5.578,P=0.006,η2P=0.174)。在IR的肥胖/超重参与者中,研究人员发现较高的CVR与胰岛素敏感性之间存在显著的相关性,即使考虑BMI(rp=0.575,P=0.004)。相反,有CVR和BMI之间没有任何关系,当控制IR之后。在其他2组之间没有发现这种相关性存在。
