本研究采用二维凝胶电泳(2D-PAGE)结合MALDI-TOF/TOF方法对MPS II患者尿液中的差异蛋白进行了鉴定,共鉴定了15个差异蛋白。采用ELISA法测定α-抗胰蛋白酶、Gm2活化剂和脂钙素型前列腺素D合酶的含量。MPS II组尿α1-AT/ Cr值为0.79±0.10mg / mmol,明显高于健康对照组的0.42±0.05mg / mmol MPS II组的GM2A / CrL-PGDS / Cr分别为1.30±0.12μg/ mmol9.86±1.16ng / mmol,明显低于2.19±0.19μg/ mmol13.98±1.48μng/ mmol 健康对照组中的mmol 这些蛋白质可以被视为MPS II的辅助诊断生物标记。

该方法有助于发现早期诊断标志物,并为MPS II的发病机制提供了更好的理解。
