整形外科手术后感染是一种严重并发症，严重影响患者的健康。本研究旨在探讨兔模型中鼠李糖乳杆菌来源的细菌素对膝关节置换术后金黄色葡萄球菌感染的抗菌作用。在细菌素注射后1,2,3,4和5天收集血样，并使用商业ELISA试剂盒评估C-反应蛋白（CRP）和白细胞介素（IL）-6水平。另外，通过荧光显微镜评估生物膜的形成。结果显示，术后和感染后，细菌素可明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜形成，并降低血清中的CRP和
