从召开的第八届国家自然科学基金委员会第一次全体会议上了解到，根据财政部批复预算，2018年度科学基金财政拨款收入预算为280.38亿元，比上年预算267.36亿元增加13.02亿元，增幅4.87%。

2018年度安排科学基金支出预算287.74亿元，使用当年财政拨款280.38亿元，统筹利用上年结转资金0.34亿元；其他资金7.02亿元。
