干细胞在自我更新和分化成各种细胞类型的能力方面是独特的。由于这些特征,干细胞是生物体形成的关键,并在组织再生和修复中发挥着重要作用。因此,干细胞命运的调控机制对组织和器官的发育和稳态是至关重要的。

溶血磷脂酸(LPA)和鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(S1P)是一种生物活性磷脂,在发育和病理生理过程期间,在多种细胞类型中发挥广泛的作用。大量证据表明,LPA和S1P在多能和成体干细胞生物学中具有重要的作用。
