研究发现,实施后,维生素测试量出现降低,其中,维生素A减少了40%,维生素E 29%,维生素K 42%,维生素B1 37%,维生素B2 85%,维生素B3 68%,维生素B6 65%维生素C59%(除维生素B3以外所有p值均为0.03或更低),而对照组大多显示数增加或保持稳定。在拒绝维生素的患者中,未发现新的要求和/或不利的临床结果评价。
研究表明,“发送并保持”CDSRs是一种有前途的信息学工具,可以有助于管理并增强病理学家作为测试专家的领导角色。
