最近,研究人员发现,通过调节肠道细菌生态学,RIG-I样受体适配器线粒体抗病毒信号(MAVS)对DTH具有负调节作用。共饲养和粪便移植实验表明,Mavs -/- 小鼠的紊乱的微生物群具有可传染给野生型小鼠的过敏性表型。DTH致敏与肠道通透性和淋巴器官内细菌移位的增加同时增强DTH的严重程度。

总的来说,研究人员揭示了RIG-I样信号传导对肠道微生物群的意外影响,并对过敏性皮肤病结果产生影响。这些数据表明,操纵肠道微生物群可能有助于开发治疗人过敏性皮肤病的治疗策略。
