中国科学家发现胃癌微环境抗肿瘤免疫机制

记者28日获悉,复旦大学基础医学院徐洁杰、张伟娟课题组和复旦大学附属中山医院秦净、沈振斌课题组携手研究发现,肿瘤浸润“IL17阳性细胞” 能够激活肿瘤微环境抗肿瘤免疫反应,对促进胃癌患者术后辅助化疗有利。

该研究为胃癌患者的化疗选择和免疫治疗提供了新思路。该成果已在线发表在最新一期国际肿瘤学权威期刊、欧洲临床肿瘤学会(ESMO)官方期刊《肿瘤学年鉴》上。

课题组通过数据库分析和免疫组化检测发现,携带DNA编码链遗传信息的“IL17 mRNA”高表达和肿瘤内“IL17阳性细胞”的大量浸润,与胃癌患者的良好预后相关,且胃癌组织中高IL17阳性细胞浸润的患者对相关术后辅助化疗具有更高的应答率。

通过进一步分析,课题组发现,IL17在胃癌中主要发挥了促进抗肿瘤免疫反应等重要作用。 这意味着,在胃癌患者肿瘤微环境中,肿瘤浸润“IL17阳性细胞” ,促进了抗肿瘤免疫反应,抑制了胃癌发生发展和复发转移,改善了胃癌患者预后等。

研究人员透露,此研究结果对胃癌患者的化疗选择和免疫治疗意义重大,促进肿瘤浸润“IL17阳性细胞”招募活化有望成为胃癌患者新的免疫治疗方向。
