研究从前磨牙和磨牙中获得牙髓干细胞进行体外实验研究。将细胞在具有成骨分化培养基的支架上培养。在三个不同的时间点评估细胞增殖、粘附和细胞向生物材料中的成骨细胞分化(7,15和30天)。使用Split Plot块和MANOVA模型进行数据分析。

结果显示,在7,15和30天,与PLGA支架相比,PLGA/HA支架中hDPSCs对成骨细胞谱系的分化能力更好,成骨标志物RUNX2,ALP,OPN和COL-1的表达较高。两种类型的支架之间在细胞粘附上无明显的统计学差异。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,PLGA/HA支架提供了更好的物理和化学信号,可以通过牙髓干细胞粘附、增殖和向成骨谱系分化的能力来判断。
