结果,MDRO(+)组纳入50名患者(26名男性/ 24名女性),MDRO(-)组包括295名患者(168名男性/ 127名女性)。MDRO(+)和MDRO(-)组的中位年龄为0.48岁(四分位间距0.24-1岁)和0.9岁(四分位间距0.19-8岁),P = 0.003。50名MDRO(+)患者中的2名(4%)和295名MDRO(-)患者中的15名(5.1%)发生了感染,P =1。50名(20%)MDRO(+)患者中的10名接受了针对MDRO的靶向AM治疗,但均未发生感染。在2名MDRO(+)感染患者中,有1名被MDRO感染。对于MDRO(+)患者,是否接受靶向AM治疗的感染率没有差异,P = 1。
综上所述,该研究结果表明,MDRO(+)和MDRO(-)患者之间的术后感染率没有差异。此外,这些初步的儿科数据表明,将AM药物靶向特定的MDRO不会影响接受CTS的儿童的术后感染率。必须进行更大的研究才能证实这些发现。
