Nat Genet:超100万人遗传学分析:遗传风险高者血压可升高13 mmHg

高血压的危险因素也很多,可以分为可干预的和不可干预的。

缺乏体育锻炼、吸烟、不健康的饮食、饮酒、心理压力以及超重是增加高血压的可干预危险因素。

然而,种族、性别、基因和年龄也则是无法干预的危险因素。

研究称,535个与高血压相关的新基因位点几乎占了估计血压遗传力的1/3。

更具体地说,研究显示,遗传风险最高的人群的血压平均比遗传风险最低的人群高13 mmHg。

此外,带有这些基因的人患高血压的风险升高3.34倍,患严重血管疾病的风险升高1.52倍。

相关专家表示,这是迄今为止血压遗传学的最重大进展,我们现在知道有超过1000个遗传信号影响血压,这为我们了解身体如何调节血压提供了许多新的见解,并揭示了未来药物开发的若干新机会。而且基于基因,识别高危人群,及早进行干预,有可能每年预防成千上万的心脏病发作和中风。”
