结果显示,珍珠层表面的骨骼干细胞细胞面积增加,成骨标志物ALP(p <0.05)和OCN(p <0.01)的表达增加,代谢物强度增加(p <0.05),表明珍珠层表面可诱导成骨分化,而在棱镜表面,骨骼干细胞未显示细胞面积或成骨标志物表达的改变和代谢物强度的降低(p <0.05),表明棱镜表面具有维持骨骼干细胞表型的潜力。
