Dent Mater J:实验性含钙底漆粘接系统对微拉伸粘接强度和耐酸性的影响

现代粘接系统已面向增加机械强度和抗菌性能的方向进行研发;然而,到目前为止,还没有富含钙来源成分以增加粘接强度的系统。因此,这篇研究的目的是为了评估一种实验性含钙底漆(10 wt% CaCl2)的2步法自酸蚀粘接系统对牙本质粘接表面的微拉伸粘接强度(μ-TBS)和耐酸性的影响。

现代粘接系统已面向增加机械强度和抗菌性能的方向进行研发;然而,到目前为止,还没有富含钙来源成分以增加粘接强度的系统。因此,这篇研究的目的是为了评估一种实验性含钙底漆(10 wt% CaCl2)的2步法自酸蚀粘接系统对牙本质粘接表面的微拉伸粘接强度(μ-TBS)和耐酸性的影响。研究通过扫描电子显微镜观察牙本质粘接表面酸蚀后的变化。研究使用2种类型的底漆和粘接剂(Clearfil SE Bond primer (SEP), 实验性含钙底漆(CaP), Clearfil SE Bond (SEB)和Clearfil Protect Bond),并将其分为4个实验组。结果显示,CaP-SEB的μ-TBS与SEP-SEB之间并没有明显不同。同时,CaP组展现出厚度更高的抗酸区域。因此,实验性含钙底漆的2步法自酸蚀粘接系统可以被认为是一种具有高耐酸性和较好粘接强度的粘接系统。原始出处:Ochiai Y, Inoue G, et al.
