在一组重症监护病房(ICU)的脓毒症患者(n=144)中,发生DIC的患者的循环组蛋白水平显著升高。这些数据提示,组蛋白诱导的无磷脂锚定的替代凝血酶原可导致血管内凝血,揭示了凝血酶生成和DIC发生的新分子机制。
此外,组蛋白显著降低了凝血级联对FXa的需求,使凝血因子VIII(FVIII)和FIX缺乏的血浆以及FVIII缺乏的小鼠都能够形成血凝块。
综上所述,本研究强调了一种新的凝血机制,在治疗系统性凝血激活和纠正凝血因子缺乏方面均具有一定的治疗潜力。
