JAHA:饮茶与中国成年人高密度脂蛋白胆固醇纵向变化之间的关系!

饮茶与年龄相关的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度变化之间的关系仍不清楚,纵向人类数据也十分有限。近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,该研究的目的是明确饮茶与HDL-C浓度纵向变化之间的关系。

研究人员通过问卷调查评估基线(2006年)茶叶消耗量的情况,并在2006年、2008年、2010年和2012年测量了80182名无心血管疾病、癌症在基线(2006)和随访期间(2006-2012)都没有使用降胆固醇药物的个体(49±12岁)血浆中HDL-C浓度或癌症。研究人员使用广义估计方程模型评估了基线茶叶消耗量与HDL-C浓度变化率之间的关联。

在完全调整的模型中,茶叶消耗量与HDL-C浓度下降速率之间成反比(P趋势<0.0001)。饮茶者与非饮茶者(从未或每月少于一次)相比,HDL-C降低速率的调整后平均差异为0.010(95%可信区间为0.008-0.012)mmol/L/年。茶叶消耗与年龄、性别、生活方式评分和代谢综合征(所有P相互作用<0.0001)之间存在相互作用。在男性、60岁或以上个体、生活方式评分较低的个体和代谢综合征个体中,茶叶消耗量较多和较慢的HDL-C浓度下降之间的相关性更明显(所有P趋势<0.0001)。

由此可见,在随访6年期间,饮茶与年龄相关的HDL-C浓度降低较慢有关。
