方法
使用PubMed、EMBASE和Cochrane Review数据库对截至2019年12月的ODS管理的牙科和医学文献进行了循证审查。排除标准包括非英语文章、少于10名患者的病例系列、真菌性鼻窦炎和未报告治疗成功率的研究。由于推荐的总证据水平不高于C级，因此使用修改后的德尔菲法进行了临床共识声明。

研究结果
有16篇文章符合关于以下ODS管理方案的循证审查标准：单独的牙科治疗或与ESS联合治疗各种牙科病理，以及单独的内窥镜鼻窦手术（ESS）治疗与牙科种植相关的ODS。在10项临床声明中，有9项达成了强烈的共识，其中最强烈的是使用共同决策来选择管理策略。对于确定不复杂的ODS所需的ESS程度，没有达成共识。

结论：在确定非复杂的 ODS 所需的 ESS 程度方面没有达成共识。
