经验分享：怎么说呢，我16年投这个稿一审4个月，二审好多个月然后接受，从时间上来说确实比较无奈，投的时候还是按专刊投的，后来时间早过了，就转成了普通稿件；不过我联系过责任编辑，责任编辑的态度非常非常好，表示很抱歉时间这么久，和我说和我同期还有之前投稿的时候毕竟是新期刊，编辑不是很好找审稿人，让很多人的审稿时间都很长（我还看过有一个人挂的余贻鑫院士的通信作者都用了1年时间才接受，前面有个评价的哥们也因为受不了这么长时间的审稿而无奈撤稿）；不过又说南瑞那边还是很重视这个sci刊的，而且发展了这么多年期刊也在往越来越好的方向发展，最近看好多最近接收的文章从投到接受也就七八个月，五六个月的也有，这在之前是很少见的（除了专刊）；另外就是这个期刊的排版编辑，特别认真仔细负责，会帮你仔细校对文中的一些可能让读者困惑的地方，而且这个期刊会安排专门的外籍人员帮忙免费润色，出版的时候open
