中国临床微生物质谱应用专家共识

临床微生物检验在感染性疾病诊断、用药指导、医院感染控制、抗菌药物管理等多方面均扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。但是该领域仍然面临着样本流转时间(turn around time,简称TAT)长等重大问题。例如,在微生物鉴定方面,虽然目前也有自动化鉴定仪出现,相对缩短了TAT,但均大多基于微生物生物化学反应原理,仍然不能实现快速鉴定。因此,临床微生物实验室亟需新的检验技术替代现有技术,实现新的突破。 本共

因此,临床微生物实验室亟需新的检验技术替代现有技术,实现新的突破。 本共识的制定,将进一步规范MALDI-TOF MS技术在临床微生物实验室的应用,提高临床微生物诊断能力,缩短TAT,最终实现临床受益。


基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)技术,是20世纪80年代末问世并迅

速发展起来的一种质谱分析技术。它使得传统的主要用于小分子物质研究的质谱技术发生了革命性变革,不仅迎来了技术发展的新时代,而且也给医学、生物领域,尤其是临床微生物检验领域 带来了革命。


但是,MALDI-TOF MS技术 在临床微生物菌种鉴定领域的应用,除了技术本身,更重要的是依赖于质谱菌种鉴定数据库。因此,数据库中图谱的质量、数量都将直接影响鉴定的成功率与准确率。由于病原微生物分布流行情况不同,实验室在原有数据库基础上可补充建立本地病原微生物的质谱指纹图谱库,提高鉴定成功率。
