Oncotarget:维生素D缺乏通过激发肝细胞中的氧化应激引起胰岛素抵抗

胰岛素抵抗是指各种原因使胰岛素促进葡萄糖摄取和利用的效率下降,机体代偿性的分泌过多胰岛素产生高胰岛素血症,以维持血糖的稳定。胰岛素抵抗易导致代谢综合征和2型糖尿病。研究表明,维生素D缺乏可导致胰岛素抵抗。维生素D3是维生素D在人体内主要的活性形式,1α-羟化酶是激活维生素D3合成的关键酶。发表于Oncotarget的一篇文章中,研究人员发现,维生素D缺乏诱导的胰岛素抵抗与肝细胞氧化应激有关。
