Stroke:服用复合维生素可降低卒中风险

平均随访19.1年,我们确定了2087例关于卒中死亡,其中包括1148例缺血性卒中和877例出血性卒中。在调整了潜在的混杂因素后,服用多种维生素与整体卒中死亡风险降低仍具有相关性(HR, 0.87; 95% CI, 0.76–1.01),但这种关系处于统计学意义的边缘,主要是与缺血性卒中有关(HR, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.63–1.01),与出血性卒中无关(HR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.78–1.18)。在一项亚组分析中,在水果和蔬菜摄入<3 次/日的人群来说,服用复合维生素会降低整体卒中死亡风险(HR, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.65–0.98)。与偶尔服用者相比,在长期服用复合维生素者重死亡率下降会更加明显。相似的结果也在缺血性卒中发现。

在摄入水果和蔬菜较少的日本人群中,服用复合维生素,特别是频繁使用可以降低整体卒中死亡风险以及缺血性中风死亡率。

第11届ACCR:复合维生素减少中老年癌症
