创新点——国自然评审专家挑刺的**

从科学假设衍生出研究内容和目标,接下来提炼的内容便是课题的特色与创新,逻辑思路可谓一脉相承。首先明确:特色与创新来源于科学假设的原创性。我们还是以前面说到的科学假设:在某临床问题所对应的科学问题中,靶标分子X通过介导Y通路(分子)产生Z效应为例来说明。 先问自己,X分子具有Z效应是不是申请人的发现,如果是则此为创新点1; 再问自己,X分子介导Y通路发挥Z效应

从科学假设衍生出研究内容和目标,接下来提炼的内容便是课题的特色与创新,逻辑思路可谓一脉相承。首先明确:特色与创新来源于科学假设的原创性。我们还是以前面说到的科学假设:在某临床问题所对应的科学问题中,靶标分子X通过介导Y通路(分子)产生Z效应为例来说明。 先问自己,X分子具有Z效应是不是申请人的发现,如果是则此为创新点1; 再问自己,X分子介导Y通路发挥Z效应其中的机制是不是申请人原创,此为潜在创新点2; 然后,结合科学问题,问一问X→Y→Z调控通路是否在此问题中是一种新机理解释?如果是可作为创新点3; 最后,结合临床问题,探讨X是否具有临床转化价值?如果申请人首次提出其临床相关性可视为创新点4。 前面谈到研究内容不宜贪多,与此类似,青年基金一般有2-3项创新点足矣,而面上项目3项创新点则恰到好处,所以上面总结的创新采纳2-3条即可,无需全部罗列。 到了这个阶段,你会发现科学假设原创的重要性,如果申请人过多借鉴了文献中的思路,甚至照搬靶标分子和通路,就会发现无法总结出那么多条创新,临床、科学问题不新颖,靶标分子也有相关报道,这种情况下只能尝试从研究方法、模型、观察指标等细节入手寻找创新点
