到目前为止,已有很多基于树脂类复合材料和粘接剂的文献报道;但是,少有关于生物陶瓷牙科修复材料的评述。这篇文献回顾的目的是将这一主题深刻剖析致材料的组成部分上,并突出目前为止所进行的转化研究成果。

到目前为止,已有很多基于树脂类复合材料和粘接剂的文献报道;但是,少有关于生物陶瓷牙科修复材料的评述。这篇文献回顾的目的是将这一主题深刻剖析致材料的组成部分上,并突出目前为止所进行的转化研究成果。

文献搜索的范围锁定在2017年9月之前的杂志索引。搜索关键词的使用基于牙科树脂类的复合材料、生物活性玻璃和磷酸钙家族的牙齿黏附。

结果显示,在123篇文献中,有39.83%使用无定形磷酸钙、23.5%使用羟磷灰石、16.2%使用生物活性玻璃、5.69%使用磷酸二钙、3.25%使用磷酸一钙水合物及2.43%使用磷酸钙作为修复材料。并且,有7篇文献是关于一种全新研发的商品化具有生物活性的复合材料。使用生物活性材料进行牙齿修复能够提高再矿化和牙齿-材料界面的经久封闭效果。
