JAHA:射血分数正常的心衰患者肠道微生物变化

该研究的结果证明了HFpEF患者肠道微生物群发生了重要的改变。需要进一步的研究来验证这些肠道微生物群和代谢物在HFpEF病理生理学中的作用。

射血分数正常心衰(HFpEF)的危险因素包括高血压、年龄、性别和肥胖。新出现的证据表明,肠道微生物可独立地促进这些危险因素,可能通过肠道微生物衍生的代谢物(如短链脂肪酸)所介导。 近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,在这项研究中,研究人员旨在明确肠道微生物群是否与HFpEF及其危险因素相关。 研究人员招募了来自2个独立社区的26名HFpEF患者和67名对照参与者。HFpEF患者通过右心导管插入术进行诊断。研究人员通过细菌16SrRNA测序和食物频率调查表评估了肠道微生物组。 HFpEF患者和对照者的分类差异 研究人员发现对照组和HFpEF患者之间肠道微生物的α多样性(例如,微生物数量)和β多样性(例如,微生物的类型和丰度)存在显著差异(P=0.001)。研究人员没有发现β多样性与特定人口统计学指标或血流动力学参数或HFpEF的危险因素之间存在关联。在HFpEF患者中,厚壁菌门与拟杆菌门的比值(一种常用的肠道菌群失调标志物)较低,但不显著(P=0.093)。与对照组相比,HFpEF患者的肠道微生物组中生产短链脂肪酸的细菌耗尽了。与此一致,HFpEF参与者摄入的膳食纤
