心血管病患者应该适当的运动,那么到底应该怎么制定运动方案?运动的的频率和强度尚有争议。近日,《欧洲预防心脏病杂志》发表的一项研究报告称,每周进行一到两次剧烈的体力活动或能降低稳定型冠心病患者的死亡率。这项称为CLARIFY注册登记研究从非洲、亚洲、澳大利亚、欧洲、中东、北美、中美洲和南美洲的45个国家登记了3.2万例稳定型冠状动脉疾病的门诊患者,随访5年。根据纳入治疗时自我报告的体力活动,患者分为

近日,《欧洲预防心脏病杂志》发表的一项研究报告称,每周进行一到两次剧烈的体力活动或能降低稳定型冠心病患者的死亡率。

这项称为CLARIFY注册登记研究从非洲、亚洲、澳大利亚、欧洲、中东、北美、中美洲和南美洲的45个国家登记了3.2万例稳定型冠状动脉疾病的门诊患者,随访5年。

根据纳入治疗时自我报告的体力活动,患者分为四组:

1.久坐(占16.1%)

2.多数时间只进行轻度体力活动(占51.4%)

3.每周进行一次或两次剧烈的体力活动(占16.8%)

4.每周进行三次或三次以上的剧烈体力活动(占15.7%)

研究分析显示,与轻度运动组相比,每周进行一次或两次剧烈运动的患者的主要不良心血管事件(心血管死亡、心肌梗死和中风)的风险最低[危险比(HR)=0.82]。更频繁的活动并没有带来更多的好处。久坐患者的风险最高(HR=1.32)。

每周进行一次或两次剧烈运动的患者的全因死亡、心血管死亡和中风风险也最低,分别比轻度运动组降低19%、21%和26%。

研究者称,稳定的冠心病患者应该避免久坐,应该是每周偶尔剧烈运动一下最好,不用担心运动会让心脏病发作。

有合并症的患者比如外周动脉疾病、糖尿病和发生过心肌梗死或中风可能因担心运动会使他们的症状恶化而较少运动。

但这项研究表明,这类患者与其他稳定冠状动脉疾病的患者一样受益,因此这些情况不应阻止他们进行体力活动。
