其次,我们再看看拟解决的关键科学问题怎么写。怎么写呢?我们这时需要回头看一下你立项依据中的科学假说。

第三呢?就是要看一下怎么做就可以证明你的假说是对的!你的假说,是科学问题,那也就是拟解决的科学问题。然后,就是说一下,你是如何解决这个科学假说的。这个解释的难度是存在的!

立项依据的科学假说已经将你的大概研究范围确定了,研究内容和研究目标,大家也已有了,在此基础上锁定拟解决的关键科学问题。也就算是信手拈来吧。大家一定要注意:拟解决的关键科学问题,也是要集中,不要天花乱坠的写好多。

第四,撰写要求:让评委明白申请人要做什么; 层次要分明,从不同角度、层次和方面做工作。

第五,存在的问题:

内容过多,一个项目中有四五个问题要解决,这是不太好的,一定要集中到1~3点内容上,然后这几个问题都是围绕科学假说展开的。

内容分散,不能集中阐明科学假说、研究目标;
