高碳水化合物饮食与结直肠癌无独立相关性

 《癌症病因和控制》(Cancer Causes and Control)杂志3月15日在线发表的一项荟萃分析结果不支持高碳水化合物、血糖指数或血糖负荷饮食与结直肠癌风险具有独立相关性。   该研究搜索了PubMed数据库2011年10月以前关于碳水化合物、血糖指数和血糖负荷与结直肠癌风险的前瞻性研究,并进行评估。   结果显示,共有14项前瞻性队列研究可评估。

  该研究搜索了PubMed数据库2011年10月以前关于碳水化合物、血糖指数和血糖负荷与结直肠癌风险的前瞻性研究,并进行评估。

  结果显示,共有14项前瞻性队列研究可评估。

  碳水化合物、血糖指数和血糖负荷饮食摄入量最高 vs. 最低者的结直肠癌总体相对风险(RR)分别为1.00、1.07和1.00。

  量效分析显示, 每日摄入100g碳水化合物、每10个单位血糖指数和每50个单位血糖负荷的总体RR分别为0.95、1.07和1.01。
