AHA建议:不饱和脂肪酸堪比他汀,可减少30%心血管病

近期,美国心脏协会(AHA)发表主席建议(PRESIDENTIAL ADVISORY)指出,将富含饱和脂肪酸的食物替换为不饱和脂肪酸含量高的食物,可降低30%的心血管病,对心脏病的预防作用堪比他汀类药物。

举个例子,用鳄梨替代牛排,用菜籽油替代黄油,有利于维护心脏健康。

如果将食物中的饱和脂肪酸换成不饱和脂肪酸,心血管病风险将会降低约30%,效果与他汀相似。

饱和脂肪酸在椰子油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油等植物油,以及奶油、牛油、猪油等动物油中含量很高。另外,植物黄油、氢化油、起酥油等也是不健康的食用油。

椰子油是近年很火的一种植物油,被商家鼓吹对身体有很多益处。实际上,椰子油中82%是饱和脂肪酸。研究表明,椰子油可促使低密度脂蛋白胆固醇这种“坏胆固醇”升高,其作用不亚于黄油、牛油和棕榈油。

相反,菜籽油仅含7%的饱和脂肪酸。

“饱和脂肪酸对心脏有害”这一结论并不是新发现,此次AHA搜集到了更多的证据。众多证据表明,不饱和脂肪酸和富含纤维的食物有助于降低胆固醇尤其“坏胆固醇”水平。

在提出不饱和脂肪酸有利于心脏健康之余,AHA也强调健康的生活习惯还包括规律锻炼和释放压力。

另外,这一建议也并不是说,需要他汀治疗的患者可以放弃他汀治疗。如果在服用他汀的同时,坚持这一饮食建议,效果将会更好。
