Sci Rep:通过基于核磁共振的代谢组学研究,探讨针灸机制的可行性

但针灸的机制仍未得到阐明,7月发表在Sci Rep上的一篇研究中,来自中国厦门大学和湖南大学的研究人员对针灸经络的代谢基础进行了探讨,研究的主要内容如下:

本研究旨在利用基于质子核磁共振(1H NMR)的代谢组学研究探讨经络特异性的代谢基础。研究人员电针(EA)刺激了健康雄性SD大鼠的足阳明胃经(Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,SMFY))或足少阳胆经( Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,GMFS)上的腧穴。之后,研究人员采用多元统计分析方法,对大鼠血清、尿液、大脑皮层、胃组织提取物的1H-NMR数据进行分析,进而探讨了在不同经脉上,电针治疗对代谢紊乱的影响。

在SMFY或GMFS穴位上的电针治疗可以诱导31种代谢产物的显著变化,如氨基酸、有机酸、胆碱酯和葡萄糖。此外,研究人员还发现在电针刺激足阳明胃经或足少阳胆经上的腧穴时还产生了一些经特定的代谢变化。研究人员还发现,电针刺激足阳明胃经或足少阳胆经上的腧穴时表现出了显著的代谢差异。

本研究的结果证实了针灸的穴位特异性是可以通过代谢组学检测到的,且论证了通过代谢组学方法了解针灸机制的可行性和有效性。
