Blood:耐力训练可改善SCD患者的毛细血管网

近日,《Blood》杂志上发表了一篇文章,Merlet等人研究了耐力训练对SCD患者骨骼肌毛细血管结构的影响。在训练前后分别对股外侧肌和次最大增量运动进行活检。共招募了40位患者,予以随机分组,32位患者完成试验,获得完整数据。

SCD患者进行中等强度耐力训练可增加其毛细血管网而不改变其形态。

这类训练还可逆转部分SCD患者常见的毛细血管缺陷。

摘要:

镰刀型细胞病(SCD)是一种遗传性血红蛋白病,有两种主要的临床表现:重度慢性溶血性贫血和反复发生的血管阻塞性危象。SCD还伴随明显的肌肉毛细血管重构。耐力训练对毛细血管网的良好作用众所周知。

近日,《Blood》杂志上发表了一篇文章,Merlet等人研究了耐力训练对SCD患者骨骼肌毛细血管结构的影响。在训练前后分别对股外侧肌和次最大增量运动进行活检。共招募了40位患者,予以随机分组,32位患者完成试验,获得完整数据。

训练组(15位患者)按照个体化的中等强度的耐力训练计划训练,非训练组(17位)维持正常生活方式。训练包括每周进行三次40分钟的运动,共8周。

组织学分析显示,与非训练组患者相比,训练组SCD患者获得微血管益处,包括毛细血管密度(CD) (P =0.003)、纤维周围毛细血管数量(CAF) (P =0.015)和功能性交换面积均增加(LC/PF) (P<0.0001) 。相反,两组间的毛细血管形态未见明显差异。此外,训练组患者的运动能力指标也有所提高。

综上所述,中等强度的耐力训练项目可提高SCD患者的肌肉毛细血管网络,逆转部分SCD患者骨骼肌中常见的毛细血管缺陷。
