Sci Rep:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停和高同型半胱氨酸高水平增加高血压风险

研究认为,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停和高同型半胱氨酸水平是重要的高血压风险因素

越来越多的证据显示,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)和高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平在高血压和心血管疾病风险中发挥了重要作用。近日研究人员考察了OSA人群中Hcy水平升高对高血压风险的影响。

1825名参与者, Hcy水平超过75%参与者的人群定义为高Hcy人群。研究发现对OSA伴高Hcy水平的参与者其高血压发病风险显著增加,6年随访发现Hcy[-]/OSA[-] vs. Hcy[+]/OSA[-] vs. Hcy[-]/OSA[+] vs. Hcy[+]/OSA[+]人群,其高血压发病率分别为14.2% vs. 19.8% vs. 24.2% vs. 36.1%。多因素调整后,OSA伴高Hcy患者的高血压风险是非OSA伴正常Hcy患者的1.86倍。中重度OSA伴Hcy水平较高三分位组的参与者其高血压风险增加2.31倍。

研究认为,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停和高同型半胱氨酸水平是重要的高血压风险因素。
