J Endod:评估4种根管锉工作长度的变化和根管弯曲对工作长度的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了比较和评估4种根管锉Hedström (Kerr Dental, Orange, CA), K (Kerr Dental), ProTaper Next (Dentsply Sirona, York, PA), and TF Adaptive (Kerr Dental)预备后工作长度减小以及根管扩大区域的变化。并评估根管弯曲对工作长度减小和根管扩大区域变化的影响。

这篇研究的目的是为了比较和评估4种根管锉Hedström (Kerr Dental, Orange, CA), K (Kerr Dental), ProTaper Next (Dentsply Sirona, York, PA), and TF Adaptive (Kerr Dental)预备后工作长度减小以及根管扩大区域的变化。并评估根管弯曲对工作长度减小和根管扩大区域变化的影响。

研究共使用80个塑料的根管模型,40个根管弯曲度为10°,另外40个弯曲度为30°。每种根管锉系统预备10个弯曲度为10°和10个弯曲度为30°的根管模型至25号。在每种锉针以及每个型号预备前后测量根管的工作长度。将预备前后的20张影像叠加,通过ImageJ软件(National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD)计算差异区域。

结果显示,ProTaper Next rotary和TF Adaptive锉所产生的工作长度减小最低,并且根管扩大程度最小,随后分别为Hedström和K锉。当使用K和ProTaper Next rotary锉时,弯曲根管显著减小其工作长度;当使用K锉时,弯曲根管显著增加根管扩大的面积。

结论:镍钛旋转锉根管预备的效果优于不锈钢K锉,它能够维持工作长度的一致并且根管扩大面积最小。Hedström锉针的工作长度减小和根管扩大面积的变化程度明显优于K锉。
