JAMA:警惕——服用高剂量维生素D的风险

维生素D的主要来源是阳光,太阳照在皮肤上,引发化学反应产生维生素。含有天然的维生素D的食物很少,肉类和奶制品很难找到维生素D,蘑菇是唯一产生维生素D的食物。

由于很难在食物中得到足够的维生素D,很多人会补充一些维生素D补充剂。研究发现,自2013年到2014年间,高剂量的维生素D摄入量逐年递增,其中女性比男性更为常见。在此次研究中,研究人员观察了40万人的数据,调查发现从1999年到2006年间,只有不到0.1%的成年人会服用4000国际单位的维生素D补充剂,但在2013年至2014年间,3.2%的成年人在高剂量服用维生素D,人数增加30倍以上。此外,老年服用者比年轻的服用者更为常见。

研究人员指出,此次研究存在一个限制,那就是维生素D的摄入量都是由参与者自己报告的。

另外,研究人员指出了过多服用维生素D的危险因素,比如增加骨折的风险,增加骨折的风险,增加肾结石的风险等。
