本研究的目的是在选定的人群(105名过敏患者和15名阴性对照者)中测试最近商业化的Explorer-ALEX ®的分析性能,并将其与参考免疫CAP®方法和皮肤针刺试验(SPT)进行比较。

研究显示,组间定性比较显示ALEX®SPT之间一致性较好(k = 0.64)。 ALEX®ImmunoCAP®之间的比较显示,对于检测提取物的IgE,分别为吸入剂k = 0.64,食物过敏原k = 0.51,而当检测分子成分则显示出更高的一致性,分别为吸入剂k = 0.92 食物过敏原的k = 0.72 定量比较显示ALEX®ImmunoCAP®之间的相关性较差。。

研究结果表明,使用ALEX®测定同时检测提取物和分子组分可以潜在地克服目前使用的多重测定的一些主要缺陷。 但是,在使用ALEX®作为常规方法之前,需要进一步研究分析性能(特别是对于提取物)。
