88名健康受试者获得具有自我感知疲劳和维生素d-不足<50纳摩尔及-随机接受维生素d的单个100 000 IU剂量3N = 48)或安慰剂(n = 40)的冷冻血清样品。在补充之前和之后4周,采用标准化的Architect 25OHD测定,LC-MS / MS和罗氏测定法,测量总25OHD浓度。

Architect25OHD分析显示内部和批次间不精确度<5%。ArchitectLC-MS / MS方法的、比较显示,维生素D不足和维生素D补充对象的相关性良好,平均偏差分别为17.4%和8.9%。与罗氏试验相比,Abbott试验低估了25OHD结果受试者不足(<50 nmol L -1),平均阴性偏倚为17.1%,这种负面偏倚在补充受试者中转变为阳性偏倚。总体而言,在Architect25OHD方法和LC-MS / MS之间,维生素D不足和富含维生素D的个体进入不同维生素D状态的分类达到了中等程度。

研究表明常规使用标准化的Architect 25OHD导致在较低浓度下循环总25OHD水平的轻微低估,并因此可能对维生素D状态进行错误分类。
