Plos One:肺炎支原体肺炎的新型诊断方法

目前,已经开发出了同时扩增和测试肺炎支原体(SAT-MP)的实时方法,通过靶向核糖体RNA区域诊断肺炎支原体。

SAT-MP测定可以准确鉴定肺炎支原体,检测范围为101至107 CFU / ml。

近期,一项发表在杂志Plos One上的研究采用实时荧光定量PCR、IgM ELISA法以及SAT-MP检测对315例肺炎儿童标本进行了检测。

研究结果显示:SAT-MP检测、实时PCR法和IgM ELISA法检测的这些标本阳性率分别为16.51%、15.56%和12.70%。

虽然SAT-MP测定和IgM ELISA测定之间具有统计学差异(p = 0.04),但在SAT-MP测定和实时PCR方法之间没有发现统计学显着性(p = 0.25),并且这两种方法具有高度一致性(kappa value = 0.97)。

此项研究结果表明,新开发的SAT-MP测定法是一种用于鉴定肺炎支原体的快速、灵敏和特异性方法,其在肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断中具有重大潜力。
