Radiology:儿童多次做增强MRI,颅内T1信号会有改变吗?

本研究旨在验证是否多次行钆布醇注射会导致儿童T1信号强度增高。

本研究共纳入了91例颅脑肿瘤且行颅脑MR检查≥5次的儿童患者。约有46例患者至少行5次钆布醇静脉注射(0.1 mmol/kg)进行MRI增强检查,并对其进行随访。在首次和第六次非增强MRI检查中测量苍白球和齿状核的T1信号强度。利用线性混合效应分析评价苍白球-胼胝体和齿状核-胼胝体信号强度比。对6例行14次钆布醇静脉注射儿童的MR图像进行亚组分析。

结果为,苍白球-胼胝体T1信号比随着年龄增长而增高(净变化0.0052每年; 95% CI: 0.0033, 0.0071; P < .0001)。在不同年龄间,齿状核-胼胝体T1信号无明显差异(P = .30)。在46名行5次以上钆布醇注射的患儿中,苍白球(P = .17)、齿状核(P = .44)的T1信号比无显着性变化。在6例行14次以上钆布醇注射的患儿中,苍白球(P = .15)、齿状核(P = .50)的T1信号比无显着性变化。

本研究表明,在行5次以上钆布醇注射后,儿童齿状核和苍白球T1信号强化比无明显变化。
