JAHA:长期颗粒物暴露与心律失常发病率的关系

长期暴露于室外PM空气污染会增加心律失常的风险。该研究结果表明,PM空气污染可能是导致一般人群心律不齐的原因。

研究表明,短期暴露于空气污染与因心律不齐住院和死亡有关。然而,长期颗粒物空气污染与心律不齐之间的关系仍未明确。近日,血管权威杂志Hypertension上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在评估颗粒物(PM)空气污染与心律不齐及其亚型的风险之间的前瞻性关联。

参与者来自2002年至2016年期间韩国首尔和水原市定期参加健康筛查的178780名男女受试者组成的前瞻性队列研究。空气动力学直径≤10和≤2.5μm(PM10和PM2.5)的颗粒物分别使用土地利用回归模型进行估算。长期PM空气污染与心律不齐之间的关联使用伴有时变暴露和协变量的汇总logistic回归模型进行了检验。

在完全调整的模型中,12、36和60个月PM10暴露量增加10μg/m3发生任何心律失常的比值比(OR)分别为1.15(1.09-1.21)、1.12(1.06-1.18)和1.14(1.08-1.20)。在12个月和36个月PM2.5暴露增加10μg/m3对应的心律失常OR分别为1.27(1.15-1.40)和1.10(0.99-1.23)。 PM10与心动过缓和房性早搏的风险增加有关。PM2.5与发生心动过缓和右束支传导阻滞的风险增加有关。

在这项大型队列研究中,长期暴露于室外PM空气污染会增加心律失常的风险。该研究结果表明,PM空气污染可能是导致一般人群心律不齐的原因。
