ANN ONCOL：trabectedin治疗老年软组织肉瘤患者的有效性和耐受性

患者以3：1的比例随机分为两组，一组接受trabectedin治疗（n ？= 384），另一组接受达卡巴嗪治疗（n ？= 193）。主要研究终点是总生存期（OS），次要研究终点包括无进展生存期（PFS），出现进展时间，客观反应率（ORR），反应持续时间，症状严重程度和安全性。研究结果表明，在131名（trabectedin 组= 94； 达卡巴嗪组 = 37）老年患者中，接受trabectedin治疗的患者与接受达卡巴嗪治疗的患者相比治疗暴露时间更长，trabectedin组接受长期治疗（≥6个周期）的比例更高（分别为43％和23％）。接受trabectedin治疗的老年患者PFS显着改善，但OS或ORR无显着改善。老年患者接受trabectedin治疗的安全性与整体研究人群的安全性相当。

文章最后认为，对ET743-SAR-3007试验中老年人群的亚组分析表明，老年STS患者可以从trabectedin治疗中得到临床获益。
