简要介绍：

红细胞抗体已经成为临床输血前免疫学检测的常规项目，而输血前血小板抗体检测并未得到临床充分重视。目前，血小板输注的策略主要采用随机输注方式，反复输血及多次妊娠者容易产生血小板抗体，引起PTR、FNAIT等疾病，以及NHTR、PTP等输血不良反应。为保障临床输血安全和疗效，预防PTR和输血不良反应，节约血液资源，诊断血小板抗体相关免疫性疾病，现形成血小板抗体检测专家共识。
