文献预检索在健肝乐颗粒临床应用专家共识临床问题构建中的运用

中成药临床应用专家共识的制订工作,充分参考现有的循证医学证据,结合专家经验和患者需求,对现有中成药说明书进行细化和优化,以期指导中西医临床医生合理使用中成药。在中华中医药学会标准化办公室制定的专家共识制定总括为"十步法"标准流程的指导下,作者在参与健肝乐颗粒临床应用专家共识的编制工作的过程中,将"文献预检索"运用在构建临床问题的步骤中,对健肝乐颗粒及同类中成药的文献发表情况、健肝乐颗粒相关经典名方(芍药甘草汤)的文献发表情况、同类中成药进入指南或专家共识情况、健肝乐颗粒相关疾病指南中推荐的用药方案进行文献预检索,了解健肝乐颗粒优势及存在的问题,更好地找准健肝乐颗粒在治疗肝脏疾病中的临床定位并为提出合理的临床问题提供方向和依据。该文以健肝乐颗粒临床应用专家共识的编制工作为基础,对文献预检索在构建临床问题中的应用和实践做重点介绍,并对其对构建临床问题形成的建议及问题的选择进行讨论,为此法在中成药专家共识中的实践积累经验。
