Overview
Veterinary Record Case Reports is an online resource that publishes articles in all fields of veterinary medicine and surgery so that veterinary professionals, researchers and others can easily find important information on both common and rare conditions. Articles may be about a single animal, herd, flock or other group of animals managed together. Common cases that present a diagnostic, ethical or management challenge, or that highlight aspects of mechanisms of injury, pharmacology or histopathology are deemed of particular educational value. All articles are peer reviewed and copy edited before publication.
COVID-19
During these challenging and unprecedented times for the global communities as they battle the COVID-19 pandemic, we appreciate that many of our editors, editorial boards, reviewers and authors are being deployed in other areas, with different sets of responsibilities and challenges as they support their own health systems to care for patients.
We recognise that issues related to our journals will invariably take a back seat until this crisis ebbs as efforts are concentrated towards patient care. We will grant extensions to any author or reviewer as needed. If you are an author who has recently submitted a manuscript, please be patient as our review capacity may be drastically reduced.
Contacting us - The vet journals team is currently working remotely and will continue to do so throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. Please communicate by email or phone. We are currently unable to process any content sent by post.
