The International Journal for Parasitology provides a unique forum for original research in basic and applied parasitology of interest to a broad range of researchers in biological and agricultural science, and practitioners in human and veterinary medicine. It covers all the specialised areas of parasitology listed below and includes host/parasite relationships, diagnosis and vaccine research. Although the Journal's focus is on full length papers, it is ideal for rapidly disseminating a number of shorter reports on highly significant original findings: new concepts and techniques and experimental and observational science. The Journal also publishes reviews on interesting and topical areas of parasitology, and publishes submissions on areas of controversy in parasitology.
