然后送出去审稿的时候会给通讯作者发邮件说你的稿件已经被选中send out for review了。第二次修改重投给主编写邮件，责任编辑回复说你可以重投，但是我们会像对待全新的稿件来对待，所以我把回复主编的letter 和respond to reviewer 一起附在cover letter 重新投稿了。但是我第二次重新submi之后过了大概10天，分配了编辑然后under review 然后送出去审稿的时候会给通讯作者发邮件说你的稿件已经被选中send out for review了。第二次修改重投给主编写邮件，责任编辑回复说你可以重投，但是我们会像对待全新的稿件来对待，所以我把回复主编的letter 和respond to reviewer 一起附在cover letter 重新投稿了。但是我第二次重新submi之后过了大概10天，分配了编辑然后under review
