波士顿大学:睡眠影响男性生育力,周末睡懒觉要注意啦!

以每天睡眠8小时作为参照标准,研究人员发现睡眠不足6小时或超过9小时的男性,每月授精的概率要低42%。Wise指出主要原因可能在于荷尔蒙,睾丸素是生殖的关键,大部分的睾丸素在睡眠过程中被释放出来。她说,“在一些研究中,总的睡眠时间与睾酮水平呈正相关。”

在这项研究中,参与的夫妇均正在尝试受孕,并且已经持续了6个月经周期。研究人员将他们的睡眠模式以及睡眠质量考虑到研究中,结果发现,与睡眠正常的夫妇相比,睡眠有问题的夫妇与对方的合作能力降低了一半。

不过,这项研究仅仅发现了睡眠和生育能力之间的关联,Wise说,“它不能证明两者的因果关系。”但当研究人员将夫妇的年龄、身体质量指数、性交频率和其他一些影响生育力的因素考虑在内时,这种关联性仍然存在。

然而,这仍需更多的研究,Wise指出,“睡眠时间不理想很有可能导致不健康的生活方式、性欲下降等。不过我们在研究中试图控制了所有的这些因素。”

对美国生殖医学学会的副会长 、纽约威尔康奈尔医学院泌尿科教授 Peter Schlegel而言,这项研究是一个佳音,“关于男性睡眠如何影响生育能力的数据非常少。我们知道任何压力都会影响女性和男性的生育能力,这项研究有力地表明,男性睡眠时间为7至9小时有助于优化生育力,促进夫妇怀孕。”
