CRD：加强医患沟通有助于COPD患者的肺康复

　　慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD) 是全世界慢性呼吸系统疾病中最为常见的一种。肺康复中，良好的医患沟通对于最佳护理有着非常重要的作用。也有越来越多的研究认识到健康认知力（HL）对患者接触和了解医疗信息的潜在影响。加拿大学者的一项研究显示，为COPD患者和健康照顾者提供有关健康认知力（HL）的信息，可以改善医患之间的信息沟通。相关论文发表于《慢性呼吸疾病》杂志（Chronic Respiratory Disease May）。 

　　该研究纳入加拿大多伦多肺康复中心的12位患者和20名健康照顾者，并对他们进行了半结构式访谈和焦点小组访谈法。 

　　结果显示，对患者来说，沟通障碍包括健康照顾者的时间限制和医学术语使用。对于健康照顾者来说，沟通的障碍还包括患者性格、语言、文化和对健康信息的认知。可能提高沟通的方法有：家属支持、同行支持、更好使用文字和视觉教材，以及医患之间的移情。
