Radiology:不止对比剂会影响齿状核和苍白球信号变化

本研究旨在验证是否未进行注射钆对比剂(GBCAs)儿童全脑照射、化疗及原发性颅脑病理状态会影响磁共振(MR)成像信号变化,并将结果发表在Radiology上。

本研究旨在验证是否未进行注射钆对比剂(GBCAs)儿童全脑照射、化疗及原发性颅脑病理状态会影响磁共振(MR)成像信号变化,并将结果发表在Radiology上。

本研究共纳入了144例行静脉GBCA增强MR成像检查的儿童患者(其中包括55例原发颅脑肿瘤并进行全脑照射的患者、19例原发颅脑肿瘤并仅进行化疗的患者、52例原发颅脑肿瘤且未进行治疗的患者和18例神经母胶质瘤未发生颅脑转移的患者)。在平扫T1加权图像上测量草百强(GP)、丘脑(T)、齿状核(DN)和脑桥的信号强度(SIs)。利用方差分析比较组间GP:T和DN:P SI比值。利用多参数线性模型分析各组整体累及GBCA剂量、年龄和性别间GP:T和DN:P SI比值差异。

结果为,除了化疗组,放射治疗组DN:P比值要高于其他各组(P < .05)。在未治疗组,GBCA剂量总数与DN:P比具有相关性(P < .0001)。注射剂量次数不超过10时,在放射治疗组DN:P比值要高于非治疗组(P < .0001),然而当注射次数超过20时,非治疗组比值要高于放射治疗组(P = .05)。颅脑肿瘤组GP:T比值要高于神经母胶质瘤组(P = .01)。

本研究表明,非GBCA所致DN和GP SI改变会出现在进行颅脑照射的颅脑肿瘤患者及未治疗原发颅脑肿瘤患者中。
