CCLM:糖酵解抑制剂与凝胶屏障管中葡萄糖的长期稳定性如何?

由于糖酵解抑制,测量全血样品中的葡萄糖浓度仍然是关键的。以前的研究表明Terumo管具有优势,但它们在2016年被欧洲市场取消。因此目前急需要替代品。这引发了本研究目前对五种可用管类型中葡萄糖稳定性的评估。

研究人员从61名健康志愿者中收集静脉血样品。由Terumo(两组),Greiner FC-MixBD FX-MixtureBD试管收集血清。取样后,将内容物充分混合并在一小时内离心。除了BD血清管(凝胶屏障),测定葡萄糖浓度并重悬样品。前30个样品在室温下储存,剩余的31个样品在4℃下储存。在24487296小时后,将所有管(再)离心,并重复测量葡萄糖浓度。

结果显示,葡萄糖浓度随时间的变化。在所研究的管类型之间以及在一定程度上在两种储存条件之间显著不同。糖酵解在BD FX混合管中最为明显。在从BD血清和Greiner管中回收的样品中观察到良好的葡萄糖稳定性。两种Terumo管的稳定性与其他研究中的稳定性类似。尽管Greiner和两种Terumo管都含有相同的糖酵解抑制剂,但这些管之间的葡萄糖稳定性存在差异。

研究发现GreinerTerumo的可接受的替代品,并且通过凝胶屏障从血球中快速分离的血清中的葡萄糖在较长时间内是稳定的。
