J Endod:髓腔入路设计与XP-endo Finisher的使用对减少根管系统粪肠球菌的影响

研究选取80颗下颌第一磨牙并随机分为2组:TEC和CEC (n = 40/group)。在2组髓腔入路预备完成后,80个近颊根管采用粪肠球菌感染4周。在完成第一次采样后(S1),为了实施根管预备,将TEC和CEC组进一步分为4个亚组(10 teeth/group): Reciproc (VDW GmbH, Munich, Germany)和ProTaper Next (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland)在使用XPF与否的情况。通过无菌纸尖在预备前(S1)和后(S2)提取根管内的细菌样本。通过colony-forming units/mL计算细菌减少的数量,并通过3-factor repeated measures analysis of variance进行统计学分析。采用Bonferroni correction对主要影响因素进行多重比较 (α < .05),显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示,所有不同入路窝洞设计样本中的粪肠球菌数量在根管预备后均明显减少。CEC-Reciproc-XPF组中的细菌减少百分比值最高(82.8%)。

结论:TEC和CEC设计的窝洞对于粪肠球菌减少的水平相似,并且XPF的使用在2组中并未有明显差异。
