克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease,CD）是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病,可导致全消化道进行性损伤和病变[1]。CD全年龄段均可发病,严重影响生活质量,具有一定的致残性[2]。我国和全球的CD发病率及患病率正呈现不断上升的趋势,过去30年,其发病率每年增加4%～15%[3]。
